So naturally we both signed up and created our parties. Now the thing that probably set us off was the same IP thing. He was at my house at the time of signing up and comes over regularly. I would love for you to reconsider inactivating our parties since we both really want to play this game. Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear this. It is possible for people to play the game whilst sharing IPs, but it is important for Moderation to know about it in advance - otherwise we are likely to inactivate both accounts on suspicion of breaking the rules. Unauthorised multi-accounting is a problem for games like Particracy, unfortunately, so we do enforce a tough policy when there is reason for suspicion.
Anyway, I'm reactivating both of your accounts and sending you both messages about being part of a Meta Group, which will basically give you permission to carry on IP sharing, to avoid this misunderstanding from happening again.
Welcome to Particracy, by the way - and it's fantastic to see you've introduced your cousin as well .
