I think this person is party sitting, they've been logging in every like 3 days or so and voting (I think they've done this twice now) to avoid inactivation. They keep winning majority of seats so we can't get a lot of treaties and other things passed because they aren't ever online to vote on it. A person here in Solentia has even decided they wanted to go inactive because of this person's inactivity. http://classic.particracy.net/viewuser.php?userid=32348

EDIT: My bad, didn't realize I wasn't the first to ask if this person was party sitting today.
