Using other Player's characters

I have a small problem with another player using my characters without my permission. I've explained once already that this was against the rules and tried to ignore the problem, but now he is actually having my Defence Minister attacked and taken to hospital lol.

He won't believe me that this is against the rules. He makes up facts and figures and polls against me, which I ignore as mere propaganda. I can't seem to find a reasonable IC responce to this new wave of attacks however.

Can someone give me advise or even talk to him for me? I don't want to grass-him-up as it were but if a mod contacts me, I can tell them his name so that they can have a quiet word or something?

I do appologise if this isn't the place but I am running out of options.

I have attempted to deal with the situation as best I can, however have just learned that he has also reported me. I think that now, it's gone far enough and I would be very grateful if a mod could intervene and decide if either of us have breached Pax Cynica.

This is the main Solentia page, it's the last message on the second page that this round began. There was inncident a while befoe that where I tried to explain the system to him.
