Hello, me again, from Kazulia. I had a wacky thought. Is it possible to roleplay a civil war and then have a nation split into two, or is that too complicated an beyong easy capability with the game?

Sure, you can RP that as it is if everyone is agreement of course. As far as the game mechanics go, afraid we can't actually split up a nation as such.
