Moderation is aware and the player has been blocked. I'm in the process of getting Wouter to possibly delete those messages on the nation boards. He has also spammed, as noted, individual bills; I'd advise anyone who finds great offense to this to create a new bill (if still in debate form) and continue discussion there. He has spammed many nation boards and personally spammed players, which included me. If anyone has their nation board spammed, do contact moderation, and if Wouter can delete those, he will.
