During the rankings consultation, I specifically stated rankings would become effective on November 15th.This is still accessible through the thread in General Discussion. No "proper" announcement was made because it was already stated in the consultation. The Rankings can also be found in the general discussion thread, and it is updated. If any players are confused about rankings or anything in general, they need to come directly to Moderation or the GRC for help.

Should not these two resolutions, #6 and #6 (presumably should have been #7) be added to the game system directly? The President of the General Assembly has the power to bypass the 5 co-sponsors stage and jump straight to game system voting.

It's just that the format for these two resolutions doesn't meet the rule requirement, as they are more than 3 sentences long. So could these two resolutions be looked into?

Here we go again...

Following Barmenistan being declared Culturally Open, Moderation has successfully added Barmenistan to the list of Culturally Open nations stored at the Cultural Protocols Index, but not yet removed Barmenistan's name and previous Cultural Protocol link from the list of Culturally Protected nations. Obviously, there is a possibility this will generate confusion.

On a more minor point, that list of Culturally Open nations would benefit from being arranged in alphabetical order.

Also, Barmenistan's entry in the Nation Renaming Guide has not yet been updated to reflect the fact it has become Culturally Open. ie. The entry ought to read "Any".

The Nation Renaming Guide states that "[the core names], or a modest alteration of them, should be included in any nation title proposal, even if it is only in brackets". Why was this ignored in the case of Zardugal, which was renamed "Aŭgustana Imperio"?

There is a post you might consider removing called New Third World Control Register (UPDATE) sitting atop the Game Moderation sub-forum in the announcements sections. The purpose of this post is to draw the reader's attention to a Third World Control Register, the link to which no longer works. The Third World control information appears to now be being stored at the Third World Information thread instead.

Not sure if you missed this the first couple of times, posting again just in case.
