How do I get my polls to work?

Sorry, but somehow my polls aren't working. Error messages keep popping up about how too little citizens fit my criteria. To be more precise, I'm trying to poll up militarists to calculate my party militia. Suggestions, anyone?

Yes sir. I've 71 seats out of the 750 in parliament in the last election, and more than 8 million votes: http://classic.particracy.net/viewnews. ... sid=299709

But whenever I poll for my voters' opinion on the military (in order to calculate my militia numbers), this message comes out on top of the window:
