I'm slightly hesitant to approve this because it has been known as Deltaria Nova for quite some time. Could you please give me some background information for when it changed from Deltaria Nova to Vorona or when it changed from Vorona to Deltaria Nova?

The name change to Vorona first took place in 2590 when the then young country wanted to break ties with Deltaria.

I've kept Deltaria Nova in the title but changed it to the "Federal Republic of Vorona" mostly due to its foundation as Deltaria Nova. I'll confer with Mr. God and we'll discuss best how to handle this, otherwise this request is considered done.
