Unfortunately I cannot implement either of these requests. In the first case, the new name containing "Narikathon" (as opposed to "Narikaton") is likely to cause confusion among players about what the name of the country is supposed to be. For the record the Nation Renaming Guide specifies that "Narikaton" is the Dutch and the German spelling as well as the English. The second request does not specify which city is to be renamed.
