Unfortunately the names of region must be unique and this is a technical consideration, not something that Moderation can change (the game literally will not allow us to change a region name to one that already exists). I'll leave it up to you to figure out how you want to get around this but it would be ideal if you could pass a bill to formalise it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Oh didn't know. Have you tried adding "ALT+255" after one of the duplicate names? This tricks the system into adding a blank space. Explained here.

The workaround seems to have worked (though it does mean that one of the two regions in each case has a space after its name). My assumption is that you are treating the country as being made up of three regions for role-play purposes and that naming two regions the same thing is to indicate they are the same region. I am not sure if this sort of thing has been done before but for the moment I cannot see any issues provided that you are satisfied with the space. Either way the request is done.
