Section 5 - Moderation Procedures and Administration

Players are permitted to change the name of their nation, newspaper, cities and regions and post such a request HERE, to do this they must pass a bill with 2/3 majority of active players with seats. All re-naming requests must be within the Cultural Protocols of the nation in question. As a note, players must include the original name of their nation in parenthesis when giving the formal name of their nation. For instance "Zardic Empire (Zardugal)" would be appropriate whereas "Zardic Empire" will not be approved;

second one rule is right, however the the first is not, i translated name in all four gao-soto languages for name, german, japanese in katana letters, mikuni and english. One last i know broke the rule, but is impossible to do otherwise, where you will know that the country now is a principality, i do not think non-german, japanese players would know, and as such, it would violate first one as people do not know what name of the nation means. So yeah, decide on what rule i should follow, currently the name is respecting first one, but the second no, if i respected second, i would violate second as the complete translation of the country in english is prohibited. What could admins do is make the translation in english part of the name, and again in english translate name:
