I am hoping to activate early elections. I tried to pass an early elections proposal, but the parties blocked it, insisting that they get their cabinet, in spite of the fact that 15% of the seats(90/600) are vacant after a party has been inactivated.
Early elections are mandatory under my country's roleplay laws if and when at least 1/8th of the seats in the legislature are unoccupied.

Unfortunately that bill is null and void as it is in direct violation of rule
22.3.7:

RP laws which require early elections in specified circumstances. Players may negotiate voluntary conventions amongst themselves on when early elections are appropriate, but Moderation will not enforce these.
