The two parties are basically controlled by the same player, I saw that because of the RP articles made by that player, which are in Kundrati, and now he's coming back in Luthori, without an authorization from Moderation, to have, I think, two accounts.

Their usernames are very similar.
And the user who is controlling of these parties (Congress +) is known for violating game rules and create other parties in another countries without the consent of the Moderation.
I already find 5 parties apparented to that person and I don't know how, he basically inactivate himself when I report him to the moderation.
