Question, since I am trying to get back into the game, and I want a fresh start, how would I delete my old accounts so to not be in breach of the rules when i make a new account?

You can inactivate your account on the "User Page". Once your account is inactivate you are free to create a new one in a different country, there is no way to delete an account.

No they do not. You are welcome to create as many accounts as you please, the only rule is that only one account can be active at any given time.

Thanks, this is a known bug. For future reference, you can get a link to the party by checking the "Voting" section of a bill being voted upon (like this one).
