Where do they disregard the Rildanor accords?

They have an army of 1.5 million soldiers which exceeds the limit set by the Rilandor accord in proportion to their population.

Luthori's wiki page says that but I'm guessing that hasn't been updated in over a year probably.

As there is no rule that requires the Wiki to be updated constantly, and as Luthori hasn't claimed that army in an actual conflict on the forums, there's no violation.

Thank you for the clarification, as I am a new player I thought that the Luthorians could mobilise upto 1.5 million soldiers!
