Tick is being pushed back again, so elections aren't triggering.

Wrong Forum.

Sometimes elections don't occur until 30-45 minutes after the actual month has started. During this time, it will say that elections are scheduled for the next month. It's February now, so it will say March.

The last elections in any nation were in December (quite recent). I'll believe that the ticks are broken if elections were pushed back to March from a country that had them scheduled for January.

I checked all the nations where elections say "March" and the last time elections were held in all of those nations was a February. If they are pushed back to April, then we know ticks are broken, but we don't know yet, because it's still February. If they're pushed back to April, when it reaches April, you'll see elections saying they're scheduled for May.

You've raised a false flag before: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=4570&start=20#p38167

All this was explained to you, by Zanz, when you raised the false flag: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=4570&start=20#p38168
