Cultural Protocols for Baltusia has been passed, but the circumstances are somewhat complex. I will briefly explain.

Two parties, the Socialist Party of Baltusia and the "Max Caulfield Party" (A joke party, whom I warned not to do so again), inactivated during the vote, thus nullifying their votes.

I was told by a fellow moderator that this possibly means that the CP passed by the required 2/3rds.

Unfortunately the 2/3 majority is not present even if you discount the inactive parties. So you will need to pass this again.

48 hours to go, Moderation will review the numbers in more detail and players are free to challenge it. Providing there are no issues we will approve it in two days’ time. (Give me a nudge if I forget!)
I go by Ashley now and use she/her pronouns. This is a really old account, I don’t play now.

I was a mod in classic for a bit, then I helped make Marcapada and WM there for a while. As of 2020 I’m co-ordinating Pachapay’s development.
