I agree that Jelbania should not be removed from the RP-Index. But that is because the party is no longer active. I see nothing in the rules that gives Moderation the discretion to deny (or for that matter accept) an opt-out. The rules simply state that nations can opt out. Therefore if Moderation wants a say in the matter, the rules should be amended accordingly. Personally, I strongly believe that opting out should be in the sole discretion of the players in the nation.

Good point, we are currently looking into a way to amend the rules and bring more clarity to the RP Accord.

Posting private messages in public, including messages from Moderation, is not allowed.

If anyone wants to dispute a Moderation decision communicated through private message they can do so privately.
