Unfortunately, that doesn't meet this part of the requirements:

...at least one of the players sponsoring the ratification must have been currently continuously active in the nation (ie. no inactivations) for at least 1 month.

Quite frankly, that's bad. You're going to remove a nation from RP when they are interested? I protest against this because it's limiting the player base for the RP Team.

No nations are being removed from RP they are interested in. To quote the rules, the Role-Play Accord is about allowing nations to "place themselves under the authority of the Global Role-Play Team in terms of economic and military matters". Delegating authority like that is a significant thing to do, so there are minimum requirements in place for ratifying the Role-Play Accord. That is only fair.

Players in nations which have not ratified the Role-Play Accord are still able to engage with and role-play with the Global Role-Play Team.

If you or anyone else would like to discuss this further, I'd be happy to listen and take part, but it would be best to do this on a new thread, since this thread is a working thread with a specific purpose.

I understand, I will ask it again next week though we could skip al that as the end result will be the same, but I understand that making an exception now would be problematic later on.

I appreciate this is a little bit of work, but there is a procedure here and under the rules, it needs to be followed. All you need to do is pass a Role-Play Accord ratification bill again and then let me know.
