BTW, the "only active member" clause mentioned in the Game Rules makes no sense. Does this mean that if there are 2 or more active members, then nobody in the organisation can request leadership even if the organisation is leaderless?

Also, I noticed the OP for this thread needs to be edited to reflect the new rules.
