I'll add it as a voluntary RP then. Thanks a lot for the help.

Hi there. I'd like to know if this bill: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill. ... lid=679776 (and this bill: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill. ... lid=679972) can be legalized as a "RP law"

To explain: it has been roleplayed that due to the nature of Ordosocialism popping up in Kundrati (explained as a xenophobic and chauvinistic Marxist/rightist idea) and the Ordosocialist Party reforming into a less extreme Socialist Labour Party, certain elements of the Kundrati political and society scene have been influenced and are beginning to post a violent threat to Kundrati and it's democracy. To ensure this doesn't happen, the Peace and Security Preservation Law was implemented to give more police (and intel) power to combat such a threat, and the DOPOI Law (De-Ordosocialization and Preventure of Ordosocialist Ideals) to ensure that such an idea is illegal.

The DOPOI Law includes the article that states that it can be removed via a regular majority in the National Assembly, while the PSP Law includes this clause: "- That the KSSU use certain measures to proceed with their activities in pursuance of state security, for which only can be disallowed by either the President, the Defence, Justice or Interior Ministers, or via a regular majority in the National Assembly," which hopefully can count for the required portion regarding these laws being repealable easily.

Thanks in advance.

The first really isn't "enforceable" by Moderation considering its really more "flavor" versus actually providing significant executive power to any specific party, branch, etc. I also wouldn't be keen to get into the mix of having Moderation approve/disapprove of intelligence agency activities.

As for the second, the banning of an ideology, a type of political party (socialist, communist, fascist, monarchist, etc.) requires significant RP to support and gain Moderation approval. Can you provide RP links to where this is demonstrated?

Using this account as this is my school laptop (I'll send you a ping on Discord to confirm) but as per your second point would current roleplay count? We're going to do a political crisis involving a fascist element and I'm wondering if this may count as "significant RP". To put it simply: No.

The outlawing of an ideology, type of political party, etc requires significant RP. This includes multiple posts on the forums, generally restricting the freedoms/abilities of those respective ideologies/political party types. As a note you cannot outlaw a specific party (aka Bob123 Party) but you can outlaw an ideology/type of party (aka Bobism and Bobist parties).

I see. Since that can't be achieved vis a vis Ordosocialism I'll withdraw that part of my request and will inform the others of the situation.
Edit: I'll also inform you it wasn't to ban a specific party (otherwise the SLP would also have to be banned due to said past with Ordosocialism) but to outlaw an ideology.

Hi there, I'd also like to know if this can be legalized or if this would count as a flavor law of sorts.
http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill. ... lid=680100

The bill grants emergency powers during certain states of emergency and defines said states of emergency n' the like.

Give me sometime I want to review some previous decisions that have been made regarding states of emergency.

Alright. I'll also do the same thing to give me some anticipation.

Given the difficulty in enforcement, this would be considered an RP flavor law versus a Moderation enforced law.
