The supposed "concerns" here were responded to in my previous post, I have no intention of repeating myself.

A bill to clarify powers of president and prime minister, and to impose term limits on the presidency. Thanks in advance!

Role-play law that would officially ban "ideological or partisan" political parties.

Having discussed this, Moderation will be approving this law.

Honestly not seeing any issues or anything that would need to be enforced.

Seems good to go

A proposal outlining a voluntary RP law which would turn Cobura into a single party state. Other players would not be obliged to comply with it and their parties could only be banned or persecuted with the player's consent.

I see the simple majority repeal rule and the very clearly marked voluntary rule. It should be fine

RP law establishing Vanuku as a constitutional monarchy, the only obligation to other players is that the monarchy cannot be abolished. The monarchy no longer has influence within the nation apart from ceremonial tasks and oath-swearing, no executive powers.

Under discussion, though I'll note, as nitpicky as it is, we do ask that the usual clause stating that a simple majority can repeal the Bill be inserted into the Bill itself.
