Normal Law or Constitutional Law? Thanks

Admittedly this is first for us, but I'll confer with Vesica.

We've determined that this would be classified as a "normal" law.

I would like to appeal for reconsideration as this law clearly involves interactions between constitutional bodies in Valruzia (namely members of the Sejm which are elected in general elections) - this is irrational, not mentioning that irrational RP-wise and is simply invalid as it refers to "ancient practices"...

Were confident in our decision, it remains.

I doubt that my motion was even discussed.

And of course, I would like an explanation of how it was decided because as for now I am the only person to present valid arguments against classifying it as a "normal" law.

Because what it's doing is explaining the Rights of a normal laws, much like the explanation of Regulations when you change Healthcare, Education or Ecconomic policies. That is why we judged it to be a "normal" law and not a constitutional one.

I can assure you Farsun and i discussed the law at length prior to rending our verdict.

A semi-constitutional monarchy RP law for Vanuku that also bans parties aiming to abolish the monarchy. I can do a whole write-up but it's been a monarchy for thousands of years now.

This is denied as it lacks the explanation of how to repeal the law or rule. It is a simple majority to repeal any RP Law.

Then what is the issue? If someone doesn't want it they can just repeal it. They are based on Liu's laws and you never gave him a denied in this thread.
