Curious if this bill: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill. ... lid=615089 is in line with the game rules. It does clearly lay out its intent, passed with more than a 2/3s majority, and has a clause on removing it with 1/2 majority—my issue with it is this line:

note: If the party commits any of these offenses there HOS can be impeached it does not have to be role-played by the HOS.

It could imply that should the HoS be impeached, it can be done without the consent of the player in control of the HoS. That is at least how I read it. Now whether that's not true and this just means that the player doesn't have to specifically do anything about it or whether it can be done without the consent of the player, I don't know, although I assume the former. I would just like this to be clarified as I'm personally not sure what it means or implies.

A bill of this kind would require Moderation approval in order to be enforced. Like any role-play law, it would also need to be clearly referenced in the "bills under debate" section of the nation page, which it does not appear to be at the moment.

It is listed in the "bills under debate" section, but Likatonia's is notoriously messy.

At the moment there are two different bills titled something like "impeachment procedures", so I don't think it is reasonable to say that this would be clear to a new player that they should adhere to these rules. Like you say though, this is a larger issue and it would be useful if the players in Likatonia could consider clearing out old bills in the debate section as a matter of urgency.

This doesn't qualify as an RP Law that would require approval as it does not provide any sort of dictatorial power outside of the framework of the traditional game rules or game mechanics.

This is a confirmation of former RP-rules and Political Protocols (both was accepted with 2/3 in the past), with 145/250 majority and with the majority of the OOC players (4 players in favor, 2 against, 1 abstained). Please, approve it, even if I have no 2/3 by stupid game mechanics, but the significant majority of the OOC Community agreed with it and this bill was an OOC one.
