Is this an acceptable RP law? It doesn’t ban any ideology from playing, simply limiting them to running within the party or as independents

That's a legit RP law, we can enforce that if it's passed.

Ok cool, thanks!

Can Moderation clarify whether it will be enforcing the OOC section below of the RP law?

FOR PLAYERS/ MODERATION:
Any player who wants to run candidates within the VKP should set their color code to:d50000 and add /VKP at the end of their party’s name.

Any player who wishes to run candidates as independents should set their color code to:D3D3D3 and set their name to Parteilos

Not unless there would be significant rp justification. Ie: Said party rped an attempted coup of the sort.

What if it could be reasonably demonstrated the party had an agenda to dismantle democracy and install a dictatorship?

Also, please take a look at Baltusia's Omnibus Prohibition Act.

This Act is Designed to Avoid Omnibus Bills that are detrimental to our democracy in future.

1.) Bill are Strictly Prohibited from Having more then 6 Articles Attached to Them.

Would Moderation consider this part of the Bill to be enforceable?

Apologies for the late response

In the first case you mentioned, yes the party ban can be fully justified

In the second case, that is not a valid rp law as the proposal quota can already be somewhat controlled through game mechanics.

Bill: Gov. announcement: Non execution of parliament decision (Extension)

By majority decision by the cabinet the cabinet will not execute any changes to the law and budget. I have ordered my ministers to carry on under the bases and structure of the law before the last election.
The budget allocations madeby parliament will simply be disregarded. The civil service will also not change anything but carry on on the bases of the old laws. Nationalizations will not be carried out.

Signed

Prime minister First Soldier and leader of the BDL Martin Freiherr zu Rosstein-Pine

Could Moderation please provide guidance as to the legality of this in terms of the Game Rules?

Hi, is it possible to use an RP Law to ban militias and impose restrictions on firearms use?
