RP Law that requires that the Imperial Diet be composed exclusively of members of the Imperial Front and granting the Emperor powers beyond those of constitutional monarchies, though this isn't quite an absolute monarchy. Maybe I might make it so, but it'll be a few decades before that happens.

Just getting ahead of the game here. Elections are quite a long time away anyway.

The foundation for permitting one party rule requires extensive RP to make happen; I won't be approving this due to the fact that it lacks sufficient RP basis to implement.
