This debate is over on the particracy forum. The issue in question is already decided. If that's really not enough for you, discuss in the IRC or via pm, the latter only if manage not insult each other.

No, it's the second and final warning. A finite ban is for the third offense.

Three of my nation's parties have been reduced to 0 seats. This has to have been a mod decision, and my question is why.

You've got a pm to that matter. They were warned not to break the rules again, and yet they did.

If anyone's wondering what happened to kawn! and his friends - turns out that he was an old permabanned player trying to make a big comeback. I'm sure many will remember him for his arrogance, the way he had to recruit lackeys, the way he bullied, and the way he just generally talked. Add the same university, the same building in the same university, and the same hometown, and you've got a pretty clear case.
