Kirlawa is not one of the Forum-Based Countries, it can be played within the mechanics of the game itself. For reference, you can find a list of the FBCs here.

Also, the stated reason to take up control of an FBC to "help Aloria strategically" is explicitly against the rules for control of FBCs, which may not be used to boost the power of their controllers' in game countries.

Requesting control of Bazgaristan. I intend on doing a lot of democratic RP there and turn it into a semi-presidential republic, relatively stable eith a radical ahmadi group trying to disrupt that stability
