Wu Han and I would like to request joint control of Statrica. Following on from the what we've been doing together in Jakania, we thought it would be interesting to role-play some confrontational democratic politics in a situation where we have more control over the outcome than is possible within the game mechanics. More generally, we'd like to develop the cultural background of the country and do some regional role-play with the Third World countries we individually control.

As a note, Wu Han would be in control of two nations (or 1.5 I suppose ). I have no problem with it and I hope that more RP in the Third World is a good thing.

Can you provide some background on your plans on New Englin? What you intend to do?

I would need some time to work out an outline.

I was drawn to the cultural dynamic in New Englia, but now I am looking through the country's news thread and I see that it has a fairly developed recent history, so I would like to withdraw the request for control (at least for now).

I am going to take some time to read up on the third world - forgive me for not doing so prior to requesting, a lot has changed since I was last active.

I'll post another request once I figure out a plan/settle on a location.
