I would need some time to work out an outline.

I was drawn to the cultural dynamic in New Englia, but now I am looking through the country's news thread and I see that it has a fairly developed recent history, so I would like to withdraw the request for control (at least for now).

I am going to take some time to read up on the third world - forgive me for not doing so prior to requesting, a lot has changed since I was last active.

I'll post another request once I figure out a plan/settle on a location.

No worries, most of the nations in the Third World have some basic information and what not but most of them do not have an extensive history. While culture is defined and set by the Third World Coordinator and Moderation with limited changes permitted, the Third World is mostly open for business!

Hi. I would to apply for Noumonde.

I know am currently a couple days under the 30 day account rule but there's been a bit of a rush in third-world country requests, and being a little paranoid, I wanted to get in before somebody snatched Noumonde up.

My plan would be to update the recent history of Noumonde which is still effectively unchanged from before the Third World was changed up (e.g. the wiki still views it as a Malgy (Malagasy) nation). Also wanted to do a bit of a development rush/resource war with New Alduria (I've discussed with John Cracker already), which might slowly escalate to war, but not for a while.

Thought if somebody else wanted to take on Temania as well, I would like to try and expand on the history of the Temanian Continent as a whole, and try and distinguish it more from the Dovani Third World countries.

> Election of a radical government.
> Failed counter-coup by military interests.

That's to cut a long story short. I may also include some lighter stuff about royal marriages, elections, less violent religious strife.

Future plans may include an attempt absorbing Rapa Pile into the empire, but that's not the immediate idea.

My plan is create a western type, merchant republic, a kind of an 'Indo-Aryan Republic of Venice' in the modern ages, with the leading role of the retailers. I know this is very contradictory, but I think interesting.

I'm not quite sure it fits the historical mold of Rapa Pile but we'll consider it and get back to you.
