Going to try my hand at Bianjie and attempt to develop some RP with Utembo that Might and Alaskan started, focus on some internal strife in a country that appears to be modernizing (but has historically struggled with it).

Giving up Bianjie due to Alaskan giving up Utembo and not desiring to press forward at this point. Switching over to Bazgaristan to continue some work there.
