For Moderation: Kazulia/Lourenne Godmodding

Hello Moderation,

I want to launch a complaint about recent godmodding of Kazulia and Lourenne with regard to a conflict RP they started without any sort of consultation with any player in Kalistan.

I was told it isn't a Conflict RP because Kazulia feels that Kalistan should not be able to do what we have consistently RPed we have been doing since the last Conflict Rp, which is patrolling the northern approach to the straits between Ananto and Mainland Kalistan.

Without any consultation, Max sent this RP to me (and I'm not even in government)

I took it as a provocation, I sent Max a PM back, which he can share if he likes, and I posted this response to his blatent godmodding:

At the same time, Max sent me a PM which I will share on request that suggests that there is no way Kalistan can do what it claims it is doing (though we are declared a regional power by the rankings and have recently RPed that we are still doing what we claimed to be doing, which is patrolling the Northern and Southern Limit (viewtopic.php?f=18&t=8389) )and anyway, he could do what he liked because it clearly isn't a conflict RP and he's just sailing ships around.

I would like some adjudication on this.

I am alleging that these two players worked out this RP provocation without including Kalistan at all in the discussions, which is a violation of Section 6 of the Rules. We don't acknowledge this provocation within waters that Kalistan has long claimed to have militarized and others have acknowledged within RP, and wouldn't consent to a conflict RP there if we had been asked to do so. Meanwhile, sudden appearance of foreign military craft in waters we have been patrolling when we have long stood on orders to prevent foreign military shipping from entering the area, for almost 100 years, and which Lourenne has signed a treaty about, would not have gone unanswered, even if we destroyed our entire navy in the process.

We are asking for a retcon of those three posts. Any additional PMs on this matter that the SP of Kalistan can provide, I will happily do so.

The GRC will be looking into this matter, for the time being the RP is on hold. No further action can be taken regarding this issue while this matter is pending.

This has been resolved without the GRC having to issue any sort of ruling or resolution on the matter. I'd like to commend Luis, Max and Doc for working together to resolve this issue. It really goes to show that cooperative RP is the best RP.
