Would Like to join Rutania and make reform on the country, and I would like to have snap elections :

In your reply to my first proposal of second account you said that "This is denied on an account of I want you to develop some more RP in your first country and develop more there first.", the problem is that Luthori is really in a bad place and I would like to continue what I started and to reform some countries which has no players. And I really blocked on my RP proposals in Luthori, so... I prefer to be in countries like Rutania to get some calm and see what's happening in Luthori with my First Account. And for finish, you said on my proposal of take the RP country of New Englia that you doesn't know what is the FNL, so the FNL or the Free Nations League is an alliance of the democratic countries in the world (that's inspired from the TNO OFN, and yes I ususally take TNO or other HOI4 mods for inspiration), but there is just three members (Balustia, Luthori and Mordusia), and I said an FNL Intervention but I think that will be more an Luthorian Military Intervention, because I am not really happy with the FNL, and I think I will reform it during the Holidays.

Forum based countries aren't for player nations to have as a sort of "invasion" area; forum based countries are intended to be RP'd as playable nations but have a colonial past. I'm not sure that taking inspiration from a Hearts of Iron mod is the right basis for getting into a country. This is denied again, perhaps moving your primary account to Rutania and seeing if that experience opens up more opportunities instead of attempting to skirt around while not engaging in RP at all.
