Aethan has set up his Athin account (see here). To be fair, I'm not necessarily blaming him for this, since the rules do not make entirely clearly whether or not this is allowed.

The last time we did a second accounts experiment, it was permitted for a player to briefly create and then immediately inactivate an account, in preparation for submitting a second account request. The procedure would be that if the Moderator approved the request, the account would then be reactivated, enabling them to play with it. To quote the text from the previous rules,

2.2.3 The player should post a request for an ASAA on the Authorised Second Active Account Requests thread, listing their currently active account and an inactive account in another nation which they wish to be activated and treated as an ASAA. It is preferable, but not compulsory, that in the interests of transparency, the usernames for the accounts should appear obviously connected (eg. "Fred001" and "Fred002").

2.2.3.1 In preparation for beginning the process of applying for an ASAA, it is permitted for a player to set up an account in another nation and then IMMEDIATELY inactivate it, with a view to then requesting it as an ASAA.

Yep my fault, I forgot to inactivate it. Still I was following the old procedure as you’ve stated
