I would recommend that you read section 10 of the Game Rules. The conditions for submitting a second account request are laid out clearly and they specifically include posting a link to the account that you would like reactivated.

Please read section 10 of the Game Rules thoroughly before submitting a request. As I have just explained it provides specific details about what should be included in your request. Frankly it does not fill me with confidence you understand the second account scheme that you do not seem to have read the rules that govern it. When applying for a request, you need to include the links to your current in-game account and the proposed second account, as well as the countries that both accounts are based in.

The account that you have linked here was active. Aside from breaking the rules on multiple accounts, this again suggests you did not read the Game Rules which state explicitly that "the party must be inactivated immediately following creation pending approval by Moderation". Moderation will consider the request but it would be useful in future if you could read and understand the rules of the second accounts scheme before submitting a request.

Summary of my RP plans,

I cannot spend too much time on this account however I will try my best to get Luthori back into International relevancy, I know there are 7 players as I write this but because Luthori hasn't had RP in a long time I wish to change that, if you reject this I understand, but my plans are as follows...

I will create a Right Wing Party in Luthori, and promote the Extinct House of Orange, maybe borrowing or taking a monarch from a line that has lineage from the OG house of Orange. However my plans will experience speed bumps and challenges, I mean Luthori has a ton of parties, however I will try my best to make Luthori more international and maybe I can do some good RP with the players there and maybe get them more involved in International RP, I cannot say anything is for certain because I just don't know but that is my plan, I expect it to be rejected, but we'll see what you guys think

I'd like to expand the religious conflict within Majatra, a component that I think is slightly missing from the game. It would largely focus on conflict between the relatively secular Ba'athist government and the religious groups that have long been active within the "Heart" of Majatra.
