Nation Name Change Request (Zardugal)

I don't know if this is the correct thread but I would like to change the name of Zardugal to Aŭgustana Imperio de Zardugalo (Augustan Empire of Zardugal), I would like to know the procedures for doing this. My party currently has more than two-thirds seats.

Make a Bill declaring the change of name in game, get it passed with a 2/3 Supermajority and link the bill in the Renaming thread listed below
