This is denied, the notes that are included are highly unusual for a cultural protocol and is typically included in the comment section of the bill being passed. I would like you to repass with that relevant information there.

The second issue I have is that the decline of the Yeudi population in favor of the "other" category. Quite frankly, I think the RP is lacking in justification due to the lack of newspaper posts, etc related to the shifting demographics within the nation.

Differences from current version:

* Change in definition. This is the most significant change, and is a result of a retcon of the histories of Canrillaise nations that has taken place on the wikia for a while. Kanjor is now a French-speaking equivalent of Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay, and the Canrillaise are no longer defined (just) as ethnic French, they have been redefined as French-speaking Latin Americans;
* Slight decrease in number of Canrillaise and smaller ethnic groups to make room for the Mapuche;
* Willitu people introduced as a Mapuche equivalent;
* Small decrease in Hosianism to make room for indigenous beliefs.

This change is meant to be a retcon rather than a cultural change from previous cultural protocols. Overall the changes in numbers are fairly small, the largest change is the definition.

I have also taken care to preserve as much as I could from Kanjor's well written and extensive pre-game history on the wikia by transferring the content of those pages to Selucia's history.
