All the players playing in Istalia agreed on these new cultural protocols. I proposed to vote once again the CP previously approved by Ab3012 in order to confirm there are no more controversy about it. The last time, as I have explained at the time to farsun asking for assistance, I had an issue with my pc and I couldn’t log in in my party to vote to the CP.

There is huge multitude of drafts, proposals, and queries, in-game and in forum. Is there even a cultural protocol in place? Will you also recommend we update the cultural protocols to solve the issue once and for all?

That is the authorized and recognized CP for Kundrati as of now. Please note that I will allow the parties to change their respective names, character names, etc over the next day or two failure to comply after that will result in warnings and further penalties should they be needed.

Updated CP for Badara, largely remains unchanged just shifted Bedwi, who are Beber/Beudoin underneath the Hebilean. Defined Hebilean as “Traditional” Hebilean are Christian Berbers. This was done after some discussions with Polites.

Differences from current version:

* decline in number of Hulstrians from 30% to 15%
* increase in number of Kunihito from 22% to 37%
* Gisoten removed and their 5% of the population transferred to Hulstro-Showans
* Yeudish and smaller ethnic groups removed (either moved to "Other" or to the larger ethnic groups)
* decline in number of Hosians from 48% to 33%
* Tenshism removed, as it was not well fleshed-out and is overly political
* increase in Gao-Showa religions (Daenism, Kamism, and Jienism - the latter newly introduced)
* Yeudism removed
* small changes in the percentages of the smaller religions

All these changes are justified by the continued rule by Kunihito or Hulstro-Showan regimes since the 4780s, some of which engaged in persecution and genocide against the Hulstrian people.
