I have just moved to Solentia, can I confirm that Solentia remains culturally open (viewtopic.php?f=33&t=6365)? I have seen some of the discussion above and observed that the following cultural protocols were passed, but assume from the above were never validated?

Solentia is indeed culturally open, there has been some debate about Solentia and I think one the later things decided was that perhaps it should be majority Arab (consistent with the region) but I would prefer that the Afghani remain in some element.

Noted. I've briefly played in Solentia before, my aim this time is to hang around. Arab Majatran culture makes sense, and I agree an Afghan type influence is what I'd aim for with RP.
