Please read my second post in this thread.

Respectfully there is no “IP issue”. I am logging in with BT internet just like over 9 million households in the UK. There is no VPN or proxy and there is nothing sinister about the IP location bouncing around as dynamic IPs do that.

I can only assume you mean to ban the whole of BT internet from Particracy. Therefore please kindly provide me with a list of British ISPs which meet your approval and I will do my best to meet your requirements. I honestly don’t know what more I can do. I have already offered to scan my passport and proof of address but that was not enough for you. Why can’t you just let me play in peace? I’m not causing any harm am I? All I want to do is play the game. Why are you making everything such hard work?

After further investigation by the Moderation Team, we have substantiated your statement about BT and the rotating IP addresses.

You are being restored in Dorvik and I apologize for your inconvenience throughout the entire ordeal.

I am confused about what you mean by “the correct name”.

Another question is, who controls King Lothar II? Is it the party in power?

Lastly, this law: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill. ... lid=614369

Parties “affiliated with far-left or left ideologies such as Communism, Socialism or Liberalism are prohibited”, as are “parties which are anti-monarchy, anti-nobility or overall republican in nature”.

The scope of definition here is extraordinarily arbitrary. It could be construed to apply to almost every mainstream political party in the world today.

My party was initially denied reactivation because my party description said “Reformpartei campaigns to restore full democracy and liberty to Dorvik”. I had to explain twice my party is moderate conservative, not based on any of the banned ideologies and wants to repeal the restrictions on political parties.

The Moderators held a conference to decide if this would be allowed. Lucky for me they let me play. But the problem now is I’m terrified to participate in bill debates or anything in case something I write is construed as illegal and I log in one evening to find my party banned again. Now I’m on the forum I would like to write about my party in the newspaper as well, but I’m scared to do that for the same reason. When the law is so arbitrary, and when merely using the words “democracy” and “liberty” brings you under suspicion, you feel you are walking on eggshells, being breathed down your neck.

It appears the only safe strategy is to vote on bills and do or say nothing else.

So what I am asking here is, is there any way this experience can be more stimulating and exciting?

Any advice appreciated, thanks.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by the correct name...

King Lothar II is controlled by Farsun, as he controls the Royal Family itself. It is no different then how I control the Royal Family in Hutori. That said, as noted, all "Emergency" Power can be overruled with simply majorities, so no, a Party can't arbitarilly declare States of Emergency to ban all opposition. That would invoke a response from Moderation.

As was also noted, your deactivation was reversed, and you were free to debate to your hearts content, in the end you chose to self-deactivate. You are free to play in any nation in the game.

I'll also note that yes you can ban specific ideologies or in fact all political parties in any nation as long as there is a significant RP to back it up. With that being said, there are still ways to play in those nations. In the case of Single Party state, you play as a "wing" or "faction" of that ruling political party. You did the same with the ban on specific ideologies by playing as a moderate conservative Party, again you weren't deactivated for your ideology, it was for a mistaken case of your IPs, which we have since resolved.
