Chitin has requested for this thread to be limited to plagiarism reports, and naturally I would like to respect that, although if I may, I would like to make the quick point that none of the plagiarism reports I have submitted have been made maliciously in any way, or as a response to anything anybody in particular has said or done. Zongxian, like many of the others I have reported here, is someone I respect and who I have positive personal experiences of RPing with.

Aethan wrote:2. Legitimation

A child who is born abroad and whose father/mother is a Selucian citizen will acquire Finnish citizenship when the parents get married. If paternity has been established, the child will acquire Selucian citizenship as of the date of the marriage contract. If paternity is established after this point, the child will acquire Selucian citizenship as of the date on which paternity is established.

A foreign adopted child under 16 years of age will automatically acquire Selucian citizenship if at least one of the adoptive parents is a Selucian citizen and if the adoption is recognised as valid in Selucia. A local register office will enter the child's Selucian citizenship in the population register.

An adopted child who is over 16 years old may apply for Selucian citizenship by declaration.

4.1. Citizenship by application

A foreigner may be granted Selucian citizenship upon meeting certain requirements, including:

- Seven years continuous residence OR a total of ten years residence since age 16, with the last two years residence continuous
- Knowledge of Selucian language.

For those married to or in a registered partnership with a Selucian citizen for more than three years, the residence requirement is reduced to :

- Four years continuous residence OR six years total residence since age 16 (with the last two years continuous)
- Knowledge of Selucian language

These reduced residence requirements also apply to recognised refugees and stateless persons.

Former Selucian citizens are only required to have two years continuous residence in Selucia.

The authorities have the right to refuse an application for citizenship by application even if the requirements are met.

When done right, infrastructure investments produce broad-based prosperity for Kazulian workers, facilitating social mobility and access to jobs, essential services, educational opportunities, people, and ideas. The Association of Civil Engineers has estimated that it may take 1 Trillion dollar to redevelop Kazulia's infrastructure in order to cope with the proposed economic development plans proposed in the parliament. This gap is troubling, because inadequate facilities drag down economic productivity—especially in growing, dynamic regions. Many smaller communities struggle to repair crumbling older facilities, pushing out businesses and creating a downward spiral of population loss and a reduced tax base.

Unfortunately, this social and economic foundation is crumbling. Public Virtues

In addition to the private virtues which are aspired to by individuals, Roman culture also strives to uphold Virtues which are shared by all of society in common. Note that some of the virtues to which individuals are expected to aspire are also public virtues to be sought by society as a whole. In many cases, these Virtues were personified as deities.

neoliberalbad wrote:K-pop (short for Kyo popular music; Kyo: 케이팝) is a genre of popular music originating in Dankuk. It is influenced by styles and genres from around the world, such as Pop, experimental, rock, jazz, gospel, hip hop, R&B, reggae, electronic dance, folk, country, and classical on top of its traditional Kyo music roots. The more modern form of the genre emerged in the late 5th Millennium. Experimentation with different styles and genres of music and integration of foreign musical elements helped reshape and modernize Dankuk's contemporary music scene.
Modern K-pop "idol" culture began with this revitalization as well, as K-pop grew into a subculture that amassed enormous fandoms of teenagers and young adults. After a slump in early K-pop, from the 4900s Canal 7 and BNN started a new generation of K-pop idols that broke the music genre into the neighboring Sekowan market and continue to popularize K-pop internationally today.

neoliberalbad wrote:As jazz spread around the world, it drew on national, regional, and local musical cultures, which gave rise to different styles. In the 2730s, heavily arranged dance-oriented swing big bands, Kalistanic jazz, a hard-swinging, bluesy, improvisational style and Kanjoric jazz (a style that emphasized musette waltzes) were the prominent styles. Bebop emerged in the 3040s, shifting jazz from danceable popular music toward a more challenging "musician's music" which was played at faster tempos and used more chord-based improvisation. Cool jazz developed near the end of the 4740s, introducing calmer, smoother sounds and long, linear melodic lines. Kyo jazz began in the early 4950s, combining earlier brass-band marches, Native Nongak, court music, Pansori, ragtime, and blues; with collective polyphonic improvisation.
