The International Noumonde Fund for Land Redistribution (INFLR) was established as part of the Royal Palace Power-Sharing Agreement in order to raise funds to help purchase land from wealthy landowners (OOC: overwhelmingly Canrillaise/French) and redistribute it to poor landless persons (OOC: overwhelmingly Malgy/Madagascan). It is chaired by Brother Marc Morel, Professor of Economics at the Hosian University of Renivohitra, and also a monk of the Aurorian Patriarchal Church. Morel is also chair of the Noumonde Land Redistribution Commission, which is responsible for purchasing and reallocating land.
All donations from governments, international institutions, organisations, businesses and individuals will be gratefully received.
OOC: Please feel free to post details of donations below.
