OOC: In which nations is the TCC the dominant religion? Maybe you should contact those nations and ask if they want to nominate some cardinals.

OOC: Well, this is the Catholic Church of Terra, this is entirely different then TCC because I feel that it's so dominated Delteria and it's so far gone, this would be considered a branch off of the dominate in Catholic faith organizations. If that make any sense.

OOC: Okay i see, well in any case i would contact the nations you think would have a sizeable number of CCT followers. I would imagine that those include nations that have a TCC or even Orthodox Catholic Church background.

Things have changed and the name has been changed to the Artanian Catholic Church, however it's not entirely for Artanian nations. Any catholic nation is welcome.
