Chairman Gullimant rises to speak:

“Fellow delegates we have all learned of Deltaria’s actions of late, which include aggression on Lake Majata, undermining the sovereignty of other nations and encouraging the oppression of dissidents around Terra. Should they become part of the UMN and be seriously engaged with peace then through the UMN we can conduct peace talks. However until they seriously demonstrate a will to negotiate we will not attempt to hold talks then.

With that said I move forward a statement from the Council we can make about the conflict, it reads:

The Council of Majatra condemns the aggression by Deltaria and Zardugal and asks that both parties implement a cease-fire and allow UMN peacekeeping troops from non-involved members to secure the front line while Zardugal, Deltaria and the other members of the Union of Majatran Nations look for a diplomatic solution.

We must be prepared to act as well. As Chair I hereby cut debate on the administrative moves for we must go right to the heart of the matter. As such here is to be our first resolution:

Resolution Concerning Administrative Concerns for the Union of Majatran Nations

1. A permanent Secretariat to be run by the Secretary-General shall be based with the headquarters of the Council of Majatra in Portsmouth, Zardugal.

2. The Majatra Human Rights Council shall be based in Solentia and hosted in a city of their choosing. The nominees for the members of the MHRC from the Council shall be

a. Solentia (Chair)

b. Cobura

c. Istalia

d. Zardugal

e. 10th Cildanian Republic

3. The Majatra Security Council shall be based in Vanuku in a city of their choosing to host the Council.

4. The Majatra Security Council is reformed to be a 5 member council whose members are elected every 5 years along with the MHRC, and will be elected by the Council of Majatra. The Council of Majatra shall elect the 5 members of the MHRC.

5. The Council of Majatra hereby nominates the following nations to the Majatra Security Council:

a. Cobura (Chair)

b. Solenita

c. Beiteynu

d. Istalia

e. Zardugal

This resolution is done in the name of and approval of the Council of Majatra.

With this resolution we can move on to more pressing matters, such as bringing peace to Majatra.”

The Solentian Government would host the Majatran Human Rights Council in Bouthrotum, Fuwan. The Bouthrotum International Center would act as its headquarters. We hope that this council can bring much needed peace in Majatra. Human Rights is a big issue and several "offending" nations in Majatra exist

The newly formed Government of the Majatran Republic of Kafuristan sends General Naveed ibn Firdos al-Hashem as its ambassador and perminent representative to the Union of Majatran Nations.

The Axis of Cobura, Solentia and Zardugal hold to much influence over both Councils. In the current composition, the Government of the Majatran Republic of Kafuristan can not endorse these nominations."
