The Barmenian government would like to counter by stating it was for humanitarian reasons, and that it has now withdrawn its forces.

Humanitarian reasons or not, the Barmenian breached the Article #1 and #2 of the SOTO.

.....Has the government of Calidanian Empire lost their collective minds? Article 2 has not been breached; as far the Barmenian government is aware, there is still an embassy in the nation. Article 1 was breached due to the large swath of politicide the government started. Article 4 was breached by the government itself when it destroyed its own ports, and furthermore when it fomented piracy by starting a civil war.

The authorization of the use of the blast chambers during an invasion or an imminent threat of an invasion is a standard procedure, which means only the Namal Kbiir harbor was destroyed, not all of the harbors in the Empire.

We recieved intelligence that the blast chambers in all of the harbors in the Government controlled territory were in fact used in the manner described for Namal Kbiir. Does your government deny this?

OOC: At least in Swedish ports, bridges and other infrastructure there's certain chambers for explosives (sprängkammare), in case of an invasion. The Idea is to render the infrastructure useless.

Alduria wakes up and learned they are in SATO, since the beginning of it

-"a Lot of thing has happen since the last years, we enter SATO and somehow quit ? but when and how ? and now I learn one of the ancien government has pledge us to an alliance with SOTO. Wow, a lot of thing happen we say.HEum, I say we enter both Organisation and declare ourselves as a neutral country, I am not interessed in war, especially with Rildanor, since we have signed a freidnship treaty with Rildanor, but for a civil war, we can surely send some meds to tend to the wounded.
