If the Terran Stock Market is hosted in Beluzia, it will be placed right beside the World Conference Centre, which was already built in the laste 3290s. It would be international territory, exempt from Beluzia's own regulations, and our government will fully pay for its maintenance. We already have secure transportation arrangements to different schemes of villas, originally built for visiting diplomats and their families. Each guest house or villa has a large yard space with different themed gardens.

Our currency is 3 times as strong as Mordusia or Beitenyu.

If Beiteynu is picked for this honor, the World Trade Center will be built in a complex known as the Olam Echad Complex. This complex will over look the Hosnian and Yeudish shrines of Yishalem and will be home as well to many of Terra's important organizations such as, the Terran Brodcasting Organization, The International Olympic Organization, and the Yishalem Branch of the International University. This complex will also include a shopping mall and a stop on the Trans-Majatran railroad. This planned complex will also become international territory, meaning that Beiteynian relations will never interfere with the ability of foreign dignitaries to come into and from Rishon Le Zion Memorial International Airport.

Yishalem can honestly boast that it has the largest tourism business of any of the candidates. Our Campaign was also the first to come up with the idea of International Territory for the World Trade Center. Also, Beiteynu has a larger surplus that Mordusia and Beiteynu combined. We also have had a long state of stability in our nation, something that other may not be able to boast.

Not true. Beluzia simply failed to elaborate at first. We already have the World Conference Centre on international territory and we're already a neutral nation - something Mordusia tries to be.
We had already said, however, that the Terran Stock Market would be set up similar to it.

We are not sure how a nation can have more surplus than itself and another nation combined; it's like saying my left hand has more money than both my hands combined.

There are plans underway for the creation of an International Resource Centre, within the compound of the World Conference Centre. The Terran Stock Market is best located there.
