Why should the second-largest party be completely excluded from government? The ACU votes NAY.

Alex Vleugel, Leader of the SDAC

As a note to the honourable representative. The ACEC is a impartial, independent executive from the parliament. While the largest party, which is us, can propose the individuals to it, the ACEC is expected to act in the best interest of the member state and thus do not belong to specific parties.

Esteemed colleagues,

The ACU would like to propose a modification to the PAC's method of determining party seat share. The current system does not seem to quite match the representation that each party's domestic corollaries enjoy in their respective national legislatures. We propose the following method for tabulating seat shares:

1. Take each nation's population.
2. Calculate the percentage share of seats each domestic party has in its national legislature.
3. Multiply (1) and (2) to produce the population represented by each national party.
4. Sum all represented populations from step (3).
5. Divide each party's represented population (3) by the sum of all represented populations (4).
6. Multiply the resulting share (5) by the number of seats in PAC, 635. Round each party's seat share to the nearest integer. If the sum does not equal 635, round down the number closest to its floor or round up the number closest to its ceiling.
7. For ACON parties that represent multiple national parties, combine the results of (6).

Had this method been used to calculate the seat share in the 4910 election, this would have been the result:

And the resulting seat share, party by party, would have been:

GDAP - 284
ACU - 180
APP - 83
SCPP - 63
SDAC - 25

We look forward to hearing your feedback on this proposed change. We are of course open to suggestions.

The Ascension of Kundrati to the ACON has been noted and the CPK support for the SDAC party registered. In the name of all current member states we welcome the Kundrati people to this community.

The ACEC has proposed a treaty, the treaty would if adopted be adopted for all ACON members. The treaty is named the "ACON-Lodamese Strategic Agreement on Partnership or ALSAP. The treaty goes as follows

Article 1 "Travel"
-ACON and Lodamun shall eliminate most restrictive travel restrictions between the two sides, passport and identity checks will still be allowed
-ACON and Lodamun pledge to keep borders between the two open, with only occasional checks being in effect

Article 2 "Trade"
-ACON and Lodamun will eliminate most heavy tarrifs in goods travelling between the two sides, only certain vital items may have a tarrif on them
-ACON and Lodamun will open a trade offices, meant to facilitate further growth in exports between the two sides and streamline the trade process
-ACON and Lodamun will designate eachother as preffered trade partners, allowing for greater frequences in trade between the two

Article 3 "Economic Activity"
-ACON and Lodamun will allow companies from both sides to freely do bussiness on eachothers soil, registering companies in both sides will also become considerably easier
-ACON and Lodamun will partner up in developing weak sectors in eachothers economies

Article 4 "Diplomacy"
-ACON and Lodamun will open a direct diplomatic line between the ACEC and Lodamun
-ACON and Lodamun will hold a yearly meeting to discuss the effects of the treaty and discuss regional security, cooperation and stability

Debate on the ALSAP treaty has now opened.
