CONVINCED that the signing of this contract will provide the Signatories with the peace of mind and security necessary to improve their living conditions,

HAVE RESOLVED to sign this contract on full faith and honor.


The following Articles apply to this contract:

Article 1- Haven WorldWide, upon finalizing of the agreement, will provide training of troops, all the Divisions described on Article 4, assist the signatories in battlefield, if necessary.

Article 2- The Signatories agree, upon finalizing of the agreement, to pay Haven WorldWide a fair and previously agreed to compensation package for their services.

Article 3- Ratification of this Treaty does not hold Haven WorldWide accountable for the provision of services unless a previous agreement that includes a compensation package is discussed.

Article 4- Haven WorldWide will provide the following Divisions (not all inclusive, based on previous agreement). Descriptions are not complete and shall not be used to hold Haven WorldWide liable for the omission of services not previously agreed to on the agreement. Other services might be provided at the discretion of Haven WorldWide or with previous agreement between Haven WorldWide and the Signatories :

*Haven Training Center

Haven WorldWide Training Center offers tactics and weapons training to military, government, and law enforcement agencies. Haven TC also offers several open-enrollment courses periodically throughout the year. From hand to hand combat (executive course) to precision rifle marksmanship. They also offer courses in tactical and off road driving.


*Haven Target Systems
This division provides and maintains target range steel targets and a "shoothouse" system.


*Haven K-9
Training canines to work in patrol capacities as war dogs, explosives and drug detection, and various other roles for military and law enforcement duties.

---Other Divisions

*Haven Aviation
Specializing in airborne surveillance, security operations, surveillance systems, operation of unmanned aerial vehicles, and other aircraft related operations, including maintenance and maneuverability of fighter jets.

Article 5- All agreements between Haven WorldWide and the Signatories are subject to be void, at the discretion of Haven WorldWide, if any clauses have not been fully satisfied. Haven WorldWide shall not be held liable for any cancellation costs if the Signatories breach the contract agreement.

Article 6- All agreements between Haven WorldWide and the Signatories are subject to approval from the Board of Directors and/or CEO of Haven WorldWide and are not subject to change unless agreed to by both Parties.

First Contract:Londamun
March 2892

The following agreement between Haven WorldWide and the United Republics of Lodamun shall represent the basic framework of a contract between the two signatories:

Article 1- Heaven WorldWide agrees to provide the Government of the United Republics of Lodamun any and all of its services for the duration of this contract.

Article 1a- Heaven WorldWide agrees that all combat-ready troops within Haven WorldWide's umbrella will be at the service of Lodamun only. Other contracts providing logistical, training, and other services are not affected by this clause.

Article 1b- Heaven WorldWide may make use of its combat troops to satisfy other contracts but the Lodamese government reserves the right and priviledge to call on all Heaven WorldWide combat troops to service under its designation at any point in time.

Article 1c- Heaven WorldWide hereby agrees to make sure any future contracts with other countries, organizations, or institutions satisfy Article 1b.

Article 2- All troops and supplies (including logistics and any other service) Heaven WorldWide provides will be strictly under Lodamun's control.

Article 2a- The Ministry of Defense shall be in charge of overseeing and/or regulating all services provided by Heaven WorldWide, including combat-ready troops.

Article 2c- All services provided by Heaven WorldWide are under the direct command of the President of the United Republics of Lodamun and supervised through the Ministry of Defense as stated on Article 2a.

Article 2d- Lodamun's government reserves the right to put Heaven WorldWide combat troops and supplies under the Northern Area Treaty Organization's (NATO) umbrella to satisfy its requirement to the Organization or for any other purpose as deemed necessary.

Article 2e- Heaven WorldWide agrees to follow all directions given by the NATO Military Command under the direction of the Chairman of the Council should Article 2d be utilized as long as no clauses of this contract are breached.

Article 2f- If Heaven WorldWide considers the directions under NATO's command to be against its principles and interests, it may appeal the decision to Lodamun's government. Lodamun's government, under the direction of the President, reserves the right to deny Heaven WorldWide's petition if he/she considers that no conflict exists.

Article 3- The Government of the United Republics of Lodamun agrees to pay Heaven WorldWide an amount equal to one hundred million LOD each fiscal year for the services provided for the duration of this contract.

Article 3a- The Ministry of Defense shall include the aforementioned amount in its fiscal year budget for the duration of the contract plus two years.

Article 3b- Heaven WorldWide shall provide the Ministry of Defense with all the necessary information for the proper and timely transfer of funds.

Article 3c- Heaven WorldWide agrees to disclose all of its financial statements to the Ministry of Defense for review to ensure no conflict of interests occur.

Article 3d- The Government of the United Republics of Lodamu agrees to provide Heaven WorldWide any funding needed for resources at the request of Heaven WorldWide. The Government of the United Republics of Lodamun reserves the right to deny any such petitions at any time for any reason. Requests are to be made to the Ministry of Defense.

Article 4- This contract shall become effective the day after official ratification of the Heaven WorldWide Treaty from the Parliament of the United Republics of Lodamun.

Article 4a- This contract shall last thirty years from the day after official ratification of the Heaven WorldWide Treaty from the Parliament of the United Republics of Lodamun.

Haven Executives have announce they will be senting 525 Black Ops (25 of them being Haven Black Ops Officers) combat ready units to the Fort Queluz NATO Army Base in Drania under Operation Swift Strike, by the Londamun Government.

Reasons are unknown.

This is as far as science fiction as i will get.We wont be using this roleplay as an excuse for warfare superiority in case we get deployed into battlefield.

Haven WorldWide has announce and will official sent all ready combat troops ( 450,000 Infantrymen) (168 unmaned fighter jets) (3000 IAV Stykers Vehicles) and many other combat related divisions, under the contract and request of the Londamun Government. Troops will be sent as soon as May 2900.

All countries/organizations/companies are now eligible to contract Haven WorldWIde without ratifying the Haven WorldWide Treaty.A bill that is passed with the majority of 50% or more will count as a contract.

This will make countries contract Haven WorldWide more easily with just needing 50% or more and not the original 66% or more.
