Obshestroi
1. Abbreviation of Obshestvo Stroitelei Terri (Terra Builder Society), political organization in Triguniya.
2. Political regime that applies meritocracy and plutocracy to divide people in castes according to their merit and potential. Obshestroi is anti-democratic and believes only chosen people (builders) shall rule the nation.
3. Religious Philosophy set by Stogram Brothers - Afanasiy and Mikhail. It believes people are born in castes and no matter how hard they try, they end up in their caste at the end of their lives. However castes are not limited to being born to right family, as they say: "Dazhe stroitel mozhet roditsa v semye vorov" (even builder can be born in the family of thieves)
Obshestroi divides society into 5 castes:
1 Builders (stroiteli) - faceless, unknown blacksmiths of society, defenders of the law and wise rulers of nation
2 Helpers (pomoshniki) - people who are facing the pomoshnick path are the hands of the nation. They do the dirty jobs and obey to their master. They are second in importance - only to Builders, for they are invaluable and their chosen path is full of humility and self-sacrifice
3 Leaders (vozhdi) - people who take on all the important management positions. They are important in keeping society functional.
4 People (ludi) - the feet of the nation. Backbone of the society. People to fill in jobs and create families. They are the ones Builders and Helpers care for
5 Thieves (vori) - the anus of the nation. Criminals and unworthy elements. Only way to salvation for them is to choose the Pomoshnick path.
