The First International has had its day. It languishes in inactivity and its once-mighty parties have faded into oblivion. Nuncpart has decreed the establishment of a new Totalitarian international, one that shall last for centuries to come.

Totalintern is a brotherhood of totalitarian parties, supporting the ideology of the total State, which safeguards the security and prosperity of its nation. The cooperation of these parties is fostered by Totalintern for the greater good of Terra. The aim of Totalintern is the establishment of a totalitarian State in every nation of the globe, thus ensuring the perpetual peace of mankind.

Membership Prerequisite:
The Party must subscribe to an ideology describing itself as totalitarian or totalist.

Leadership Prerequisite:
The Party must be or have been largest party, or controller of the head of state in its nation of origin, or be promoted to this position through consensus of the member parties of Totalintern.

The Second Totalitarian International shall have its supreme headquarters in Halion, the former city of Solendus. In this city a Totalintern Congress shall be held every 10 years, consisting of delegates from every party, where reports shall be made on the status of the world totalitarian movement and decisions on the policies of the organization. These headquarters shall furthermore house the Museum of the State in Terra, which shall display the achievements of totalitarian parties across the world.

Brotherhood and friendship between totalist parties is the highest objective of this organization. If your Party believes in the perpetual strength and stability of the State, lodge an application today!

The Hutori National Party has enlisted to join the second Totalitern Organisation. The HNP is operating under an ideology of racial purity. We want to see 100% of our population be descended from native "Hutors". Currently 70% of the Hutorian population are classified as natives and the HNP is passing as much pro-Hutor legislation as it can to achieve our goal of a Hutori returned to its native peoples.

This ideology is usually frowned upon on Terra but we hope that the Totalitern Organisation can help Hutori and the HNP achieve its ultimate aim.
